-For any engagement or fashion ring not purchased at Jones & Son that contains several small (pave) style diamonds or multiple gemstones, we will only size the ring up or down ½ a size.
-Any exceptions will have to be approved through our Master Jeweler in person
-All work performed on rings that are not purchased here will not be covered by a warranty or have a guarantee on the center stone or small diamonds on the band
-Customers that have purchased an engagement ring from us will receive a complimentary sizing within the First 60 days of purchase. However, if the engagement ring needs to be returned to the manufacturer there will be a minimum shipping charge of $75. No exceptions to this policy.
